No this fight will NOT determine who is the bigger draw because of the ECONOMY. During the economy of the Floyd v. Oscar fight, I believe that Pacquiao v. Oscar would draw more money. But now? I'm sad to say this but boxing doesn't have the same appeal right now as UFC does in the US of A. The Haye fight did wonderful in the UK.. but that's the UK. This is America. I think it'll do around 800k but no more.. Like I said, if Oscar wouldn't of had that loss against Mayweather and been coming off the win vs. Mayorga.. (that really helped sell the Floyd fight) and people weren't losing their homes and such it would be different. For example.. last Black Friday did so much better then this one.
