i cant believe it, he is so talented.... i feel for the guy, i hope he goes pro and becomes a world champion. is there anywhere on the web that i could view this video? or does anyone have it?

What a way to go out, moving around thinking he was ahead when he was actually a point behind.
Looking forward to him turning pro but as the article posted here earlier said, it could be tough for him to get fights like Mark Johnson and Tim Austin which would be a shame because Warren is talented.
That don't mean shit.
Yea he might not win a medal, but let him turn pro. I bet he'll get a belt. Which is WAY better than a medal.
Well, probably not for all those guys who actually compete at the Olympics. As someone else said, it is much harder to get an Olympic medal today than it is to get a 'title'. It is also more of a national honor thing. To have won a medal for your country is a very big thing.
That don't mean shit.
Yea he might not win a medal, but let him turn pro. I bet he'll get a belt. Which is WAY better than a medal.
That isnt true, just ask Rocky Juarez or Roy Jones what that olympic medal would have meant to them. A world title belt is much easier to get than an olympic medal.
brits wise:
De'gale - looked decent enough, had a nervous first round but after that, composed himself and dominated. 8/10
Billy joe Saunders - Looked amazing, simple as that. Has the style and personality to go pro. 10/10
Bradley Saunders - he koed his opponent to early to tell, but gaining 4 points within 1 minute is a good sign. 8/10
Joe Murray - I think the judges were slightly biased towards the chinese fighter even tho the chinese fighter did clearly win. I think that got to Joe and and he started to panick or he was really nervous being in such a big event. 4/10
I watched this bout last night, this Warren guy was dancing around and staying away from the korean guy in the last 30 secs when he was down by a point, when he should of desperately been trying to score
Frankie Gavin is a helluva fighter. I saw him in every round of the amateur championships last year.
That man should go pro as well.
TBH i have not seen that much of him by all acount he is a year older than Khan so maybe u are right he should turn Pro now rather than later
that English kid Billy Joe in the olympics looks pretty decent aswell allthough i think he is fighting the Cuban next and that kid looked excellent when i saw him in the preliminarys
He turns pro. Four years ago the Chinese guy who was in his division was a beast so he moved up to the next division and did very well but he would be 25 if he waited for the next olympics.
I bet you see his pro debut in less than three months, maybe two.
It would be silly for him not to go pro.
It ain't easy being broke for four more years.
i hope so
i dont wanna sound like im nuthugging American fighters but IMO u have some great prospects coming thorugh
Daniel Jacobs ,Raushee Warren ,Andre Ward, Dawson , Berto ,Petersons ,Dirrell ,Greene,Quillin
there is some damn good skill among those fighters as far as im concerned i wish a few of those were English
they need to get rid of headgear, bring back 3x3 min rounds and change the scoring system to rounds again, giving either fighter the round based on aggression, cleaner/harder shots landed, ring generalship, workrate etc
i aggre...i only seen like one or two matches and i hate the scoring system....
where does Warren go from here?
Isn't it true that he lost in the 1st round of the 2004 Olympics as well?
tough decision for him as what does he do? turn pro now, or wait another 4 years for the NEXT Olympics.
Warren was who i was most looking foward to seeing the kid has tons of talent maybe it was written in the stars for the kid to fail at the Olympics so he can be a better pro or something
cant wait to see him if he does turn Pro
Demitrus Andrade will win the Gold for the U.S. I told you guys this weeks ago and now that Warren is down and out he is our only hope IMO.
I do not see Andrade winning gold to tell u the truth,at this point,he makes TOO many mistkaes, lunges in,leaves himself wide open after doing so,man,i thought Raushee was a 100% guarentee for gold, hell,i hear the score wasnt the right one,i hear as soon as Raushee landed a punch making it 8-8,the other fighter automaticly got a 9 out of nowhere
Im beggining to not give a fuck about Olympic boxing,i cant wait to see these fighters in the pro ranks, especially Raushee and Gary Russell
