Paul Williams
(got exposed by Quintana in the first fight, redeem himself but is a boxer with a lot flaws, cannot beat a motivated Margarito)
Underrated
Sugar Shane Mosley
Still a quality boxer at his age, held his own against Cotto. I see him beating a lot of people in the WW division; even Cotto with a rematch and I'm a Cotto fan.
overrated:
p williams(i was like yeah when he lost)
tarver
berto,if fighting forbes is a step up then he doesn't deserve a title
Underrated:
Clottey, glad he won a title, cool to see he want the weakest link(berto)
Cotto,i think he's going to be back the same maybe even better

Tarver - fluke fighter livin off RJ
Berto - untested, but could turn out to be good in time
Haye (at HW. dude ain't had a fight there yet and some think he's the man)
Hatton - not garbage by no means but clearly past his best
Underrated
Wlad - his division sucks but he ain't a bad fighter
Calzaghe - his style sucks but he's still a good fighter
Clottey - gives anyone at WW trouble. might be a dark horse for the top spot
Clottey was being hailed as an elite fighter before the Judah fight and half of the people in the U.S. think Roy will beat Calzaghe and these fighters are underrated?
I haven't seen many people pick Roy to beat Joe. Most of the posts I've read, consider it a mismatch.
as of right now:
overrated
Antonio Margarito
Kelly Pavlik
underrated
Joshua Clottey
Roy Jones Jr.

Barring a KO, Williams has the perfect style to beat Margarito.
Margarito overwhelms opponents with non-stop punches and constant pressure. What happens when his opponent throws more punches than he does, and constantly puts him on the defensive? Well, you get the first Margarito Williams fight.
I know I hate it when people use that excuse in the first Margarito/Williams fight. Because I think Marg only has one gear and that's all out no matter who he's fighting and Williams just confused him because he threw more punches and I don't think Marg was used to facing someone that tall and with that kind of length and that big of a punch output.
In boxing, your mistakes are your opponents doings, so when people say that Margarito started slow and thats why he lost, I say phooey, don't make excuses.
Williams' style just doesn't suit Margarito. Margarito is a stand-up, straight in the front door fighter. Against shorter guys like Quintana, if you make Williams miss he falls off balance and can't support his big frame because he commits so much to every punch. Against Margarito, Williams was connecting at will so he could maintain his balance and guard against counters.
If Margarito wasn't motivated, why did he surge late in the fight and try to pull out the win?
If Margarito was not motivated for the fight with Paul Williams, shame on him. Not being up for undefeated challengers is a flaw in itself.

Mosley, I think his age is an accurate indication of where he is in his career.

Joel Casamayor - KOed an overrated Katsidis. Still a way-past-it veteran who will lose to Marquez.
Underrated
Andre Berto - May have become champ too soon, but he hits pretty hard and has fast hands. Very effective use of right crosses.
