Judah showed while he has heart and wont just fold, he just doesnt have that elite level skill anymore, the potential has been maximized, i love judah, but he just doesnt have it anymore at this level.
Anymore?
When did he have it?
When he got KOed in 2 rounds by Tszyu?
When he lost to Baldomir?
When he lost to Mayweather?
When he lost to Spinks?
Judah was never an elite fighter.
Good, yes. Elite? No.

What do you guys think of him working with Floyd Sr? Actually on second thought their egos would be too big to work together. What about him and Freddy Roach as a team? Perhaps Roach's could do a better job of teaching him how to do better at handling pressure and how to maintain himself throughout the fight and not fade out so much.
no. he still has more handspeed than anyone in the welterweight division, for that, any fight is a winable fight for him if he:
a. harnesses it.
b. makes proper adjustments during a fight.
c. gets a new trainer.
DAmn Appreciate some shit. He did really good tonight, he looks like he improved alot I thought he might of been ahead on points even. I just dont think ww is the right weight he needs to get a new fuckin trainer
Someone compared him to Eubank earlier... The best name on his resume is Cory Spinks and he also lost to him too.
Thank you for this thread. Zab is not an elite fighter, but he damn sure has some resilient ass fans and backers.
judah never proved he was an elite fighter. he was just too soft mentally throught his whole career to ever reach that level. shame too cause he had all the skills now he is nothin but a bum...
I'll make excuses for Judah because I'm bias and I'm a fan of his. You know I've seen plenty of matches that no matter what a fighters does there going to lose (the Kessler vs Calzaghe match for example), but Judah had plenty of chances to win this fight. One of the reasons why Judah lost is because he didn't keep Clottey at bay. And how to keep a fighter like Clottey at bay is to throw the straight left after the right jab, which Judah did not do.
Judah will be known as a speed merchant who lacked a great many technical skills. He is nowhere near complete and not even that good of a boxer.
I've been trying to tell people that for years.
Everyone in that thread disagreed with Flawless.Don't take him seriously as a poster.Judah will be known as an almost complete fighter that lacks the determination to keep composer for a full twelve. He has all the skills but no brains to go with it.It is not a horrible win but it doesn't mean much.

Another thing I hear about Judah, that I dont like is he was the Undisputed Welterweight champ. He didnt get all those belts the hard way. Mayorga cleaned up the divison by Beating Andrew Lewis for the WBA. Vernon Forrest for the WBC. Then Spinks for the IBF. Mayorga got robbed in the Spinks fights. Then Judah lost to Spinks in his first fight against him.
He can thank Mayorga for ever being in that position. He should have been forced to fight him but never was.
