margarito is #1 on every top 10 list and he is also recognized as a top 5 p4p fighter. the world has spoken and they say margarito is the best welterweight fighter.

You mean to tell me a guy who has never succesfully defended his title and didn't beat the lineal champ is the best in the weight class? Williams resume in the division isn't good or deep enough to make that claim. You can remake this thread once he has succsefully defended at least once.

Williams deserves a rematch if Tony wins. The win would make Tony the top WW, but Paul already beat him so they'd need to scrap again.
