Bob Arum: most likely Pac vs. Valero on November 8

These are just excerpts from an Associated Press article: Top Rank promoter Bob Arum said Pacquiao is most likely to fight Nov. 8 against Edwin Valero, the dangerous 130-pound Venezuelan champion who can't fight in Nevada because of a head injury from a 2001 motorcycle accident. "I can fight in November," Pacquiao said. "Who I fight is the job of my promoter (Bob Arum)." A fight with Valero would have to happen in Texas, the only state that has cleared Valero to fight. Pacquiao might be reluctant to leave his favorite arena at Mandalay Bay, which was filled largely with Filipino fans, including an overly optimistic man whose sign read, "Pac-Man, Marry Me!" Pac cannot fight anymore at 130 for he is not comfortable anymore.. and he will murder Valero at 130 I think..

Id be glad to see other fighter but if Valero is the only option to fight on that date then why not... but I think Manny will beat him easily. Valero hasnt faced any tough opponents yet and hes not battle tested. Pac will murder him in less than four rounds.

oh shit to be honest Valero is on a whole other level! I aint even gonna lie This fight is 50/50! Valero is faster and stronger and he is a genetic freak like pacman but he is bigger and hits harder. I hope this fight happens in texas. Is this guy serious? Valero faster then Pac? Valero is as slow as hell and hes power wont be proven until he fights a rated fighter.

Diaz v. Casamayor? I thought Marquez was up against Casa? It's not bullshit those guys all have fights lineup. i hear all these people saying he's ducking guzman , marquez and valero. guzman and marquez has fights scheduled. now that valero is going to fight manny. he's not good enough now? Just ignore that whore. He hates everything filipino. He's 1 of the only 3 people you keep hearin say Pac's been ducking guzman, valero, and soto. And now that he's gonna get it he says it aint fair. Once Pacquiao hands Guzman his ass he'll say that's bullshit too.

The fight will be good at 130 but 135 is just too much advantage for Pacquiao who's fought the better opponets. At 130 i call it a fair fight. Plus, i think this is all bullshit from Arum and he should fight the winner of Campel v. Guzman or Diaz v. Casamayor. Diaz v. Casamayor? I thought Marquez was up against Casa? I think the only chance Valero has is if he manages to catch Pacquiao with a clean shot which I don't think he'd be able to do. He's so open to counter shots and Pacquiao has become quite a good counter puncher so I got Pacquiao by knockout.
