"He prepared very well," Miranda said. "I have no quarrels tonight. He was prepared and he felt very strong. I don't know what happened. I was 100 percent coming into this fight. I don't know. He was too strong today. He's a great champion."
Props to Miranda
Miranda is a trash talker. I liked his humble beginnings, but lost respect for him when he trashed talked to Taylor at the Pavlik press conference. Add to that his head butts, low blows, spitting out his mouthpiece to buy time to recover in the Pavlik fight, and I have little respect for him. However, he did say the honorable thing after his loss to Abraham.
Well guess he just lost it last night cant believe he was koed by abraham lmao maybe his chin now has question marks.
Either way abraham is stil a rubbish champ if he ever fights pavlik he will get a good beat down.
Props to the sheeple that overrate fighters so much. Those points were very sweet. Seriously though he kept it real and that can be appreciated. He will be back for sure.
He had no choice to be humble after AA put it on his ass. He gets props for not makin excuses. Pavlik's probably laughin his ass off about that shit. Wonder if he'll ask for an apology for the shit talk like Jermain Taylor did.
Miranda talks non-stop sh!t before the fight, and every fight at that matter. Then he got destroyed. I for one am laughing at him. If he said anything else when the post fight quotes he would look ridiculous and he knows that. I wouldnt call it class. All the sh!t talking he did wasnt class. I recall Abraham just saying he does his talking in the ring, and he sure as hell did, thats class. Props to Abraham. Never cared much for Miranda or Abraham so i looked at this fight very a very non-bias point of view.
I agree, I couldnt have said anything else. if he had then people would have brought out his pre-fight talks and boast.
true...
just sad that he had to taste the canvas 3 times before realizing that AT LAST... some class and respect was needed.
A certain vic darchinyan seemed to suffer from that same disease.

I dont mind Miranda's trashtalking but why does he need to lose focus and talk about Pavlik when he has a durable fighter like Arthur in front of him? He did the samething with Pavlik when he was trashtalking Jermaine Taylor instead of focusing on Pavlik.
had he not done so much talking... he would never get these big fights with guys at the Top of the weightclass...
in all honestly his trash talk has elevated him in everyones mind and so the hyped up myth of a Panther meets his end... FAST!

Yeah you're rifhg the gave a lot of credit to Pavlik even saying "it was a honor to be in the ring with him"
Exactly, props to Edison, he sells fights with the smack talk, but gives credit where it's due when he loses, rather than making excuses.
A true gentleman of the sport.
