floyd mayweathers a great fighter, but he only fights for money. And besides that hardly takes on any fights.

Say what you will about iron mike, but he loves the sport of boxing, His boxing knowlage is amazing and extensive, He enjoys watching boxing and is a fan of the sport, And so like alot of other fans, They dont like how he fights, He is just a dan of the sport with aa specific style preferance

I think it's because Floyd ranks himself above all other fighters and is actually serious about it. Thats a huge slap in Tyson's face. Tyson practically being a boxing Historian, I'm sure that doesn't go very well with him. That's a good point. Mike knows boxing history better than almost any other fighter. He probably takes exception for Floyd comparing himself to all time greats. Even at his most derranged, Tyson never disrespected past boxing greats.
