Never mind, Arguello turned pro at 16 years old. amaya must have been much older.

Can anyone figure out what is so fucking weird about this dude's career?
hes 1 and 21 and rated 326 / 518.....is that it?
:lol1: at boxrec ranking system
Oh sh#t! LMAO. Does anyone have this fight over at the Trading Block? Crazy stuff.
I would assume that it wasn't televised. I mean, really, a really young fighter who didn't have a stellar name up to that point (meaning he probably didn't have a great amatuer pedigree) against a winless F. Who would pick up that fight?
It was also in Mexico... I haven't seen very many fights out of Mexico. Morales-Jones is about the only one I can remember.
hahha..interesting find. and 1-20 with his only win against mijares wow....
imagine mijares had only one defeat and was to this guy.... that would be an even bigger WTF !!! =P
I knocked God out in 1996.
That's odd, I don't see that L on Tye Fields' boxrec page.
Edit: Then again, since Tye Fields is Jesus perhaps you mean his father?
That shit must end. Padding of records leads only to fighters wasting valuable time in NOT PRODUCING A SHOW, which is what we want to see. In the old days only the very best fighters were undefeated. Nowadays it's a fucking requirement! Jesus. That's one of the reasons i'm not paying for boxing. There only one fighter i'm curious about, David Haye. Mayweather is still my favorite and i think he's the best in all honesty but i don't like what he's doing or the way he acts when it comes to money and luxuries. He spends too much and will end up having to fight for a fraction what he's used to after his 0 evaporates. He is also likely not to fight again and there is no pressure making him comeback apparently. So it's Haye who floats my boxing boat, but it's all about the way he talks, i like that attitude. It doesn't mean he won't get KOed by the Klitschko giant but it will be worth it, even if he loses.
All that would mean is that Mijares blew dick and has become a trillion times better than he was at 16.
Seriously, a guy who ended up 1-20 had no business beating an 8 year old RJJ or a 6 year old Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Is his accomplishment even bigger than Hartley's win over Zelenoff?
Why in the hell did you get banned bro? I never saw you do anything out of line... I was pretty shocked when I saw that you were banned.
For REPOSTING (i didnt discover it and wasnt the first to use it openly on the forum) charlie zelenoff's number originally posted on boxing scene and originally discovered by claudio...
claudio got banned but i dont think it was fair to also hand a permanent ban to me when everyone knew it as a result of claudio making a thread first with the number...i just reposted that number and was issued a perm ban.
when i tried talking to the mods here they told me that was the reason but ducked the rest of my messages...hence the sig...

Good point, but a decision win in a 4 round fight, pretty much anything is possible.
Ummmm, it might just be relevant that Mijares was SIXTEEN YEARS OLD at the time.
