1 rampage was wearinf ufc gloves and byrd had boxing gloves.. 2 byrd was throwing combinations, whereas rampage threw a single full power shot.... 3 they are probably about the same size... byrd is a soft hitting guy at HW that being said rampage hits fckin hard!!!

I still wouldn't like to be hit barefisted by him. Remember even someone like Bryd could do damage. He's accurate. 1800 psi is very impressive . As far as i know when tyson and bruno sparred together at the age of 16 and 20 . They both had their power tested and bruno clocked in 2200 psi while mike clocked at around 2000 psi. wow are u serious ??? at 16 ?

Isn't Byrd 180lbs now? I guess it means he would be a couple of wheight classes behind Rampage at MMA, right? Rampage should be measuring his power against guys like Ding, Eric Fields or Jonathon Banks, who are his wheight. yeah, rampage is a light heavyweight in MMA which is like cruiserweight in boxing. I think haye, o'neil bell, mormeck all have more power easily. but who really cares, cuz in the ring, he will never punch with 1900 pounds of force. his in ring punches won't even come close to any cruiser or heavyweight boxers power even byrd.

Well I watched the video where Byrd hit the bag. lol if one of his shots measured 1182 lbs of force............then a prime Shavers would clock in around maybe eight? nine TONS? The scary thing is Byrd could still do some damage barefisted to the average guy on the street, or even above average. He did always have a solid enough body shot. But yeah, these tests can't really be taken for gospel, it's just a bit of fun really.
