Hopkins vs De La Hoya - Scoring up until the KO

Oscar was just too small in there with Hopkins and i had B-hop ahead at the time of the stoppage, Even though Oscar was handling himself he was definitely losing the fight.

oscar was fighting a good fight but hopkins was too big/strong for oscar

oscar didnt get walked over and looked better than many people thaugh he would especially after the strum fight but hopkins was landing good solid shots

I've always thought that Hopkins carried Oscar. When they became business partners afterwards I had no doubt whatsoever. Hopkins could have taken him out anytime he wanted to.

I've seen the fight several times, and have had it both ways.

Weren't we discussing how running away doesn't and shouldn't win you a round?

Amazing people still can't see the fight clearly. I'll be like some other posters and say............You guys either hate Delahoya or are a big fan of Hopkins.

Hopkins was ahead. He started to control DLH after the 5th and then knocked him out.

Hopkins, why? Simple, he was the dominating fighter till the "knockout"

I think I had Hopkins... He was dominating every round a little more after the first 3 or 4.
