Roy Jones vs. Winky Wright anyone? i would like to see that...then eventually maybe a dlh or a mayweather...but dlh and floyd will most likely never happen

Not that it has ever stopped anyone, but Winky and Roy have been friends and business partners at different points. It could be used as a thinly veiled excuse if they need one not fight each other. Shaefer is completely right about this. They should do it. But Oscar wouldn't fight either one of these guys regardless.

Winky's best shot for a big fight is Kelly Pavlik. Good fucking luck with that one though Wink. Agreed, I cant think of any other possible big fight for Winky. At first I thought maybe Jones Jr but I dont think anyone would want to see it.

Maybe Pavlik will give Wink another shot at the MW title. Wink drew in his only chance, so I don't see why he shouldn't get another. I'm not sure Wink could win, but he'd be no pushover The problem is that Wright has no power for Pavlik to respect. On top of that Pavlik is a big MW 6'2, even bigger than Taylor who is considered a big MW as well. Then Wright has to worry about Pavlik's power, which can knock him out, and could possibly injure him. Now I know why he's been fighting at JMW most of his career.

yeahhhh winky would kill roy at 157 .......i say 119-109 winky Maybe so, but all in all Roy has very little to lose and alot to gain if they did it. Winky can't hurt him, and Roy knows he can perform with speed and power at a higher weight more naturally than can Wright. They should do it at a catch weight in the 160's. It's a very good option for Jones.

It would be a shame not to see Winky fight again, I remember him coming over to the UK and UD'ing one of our guys and knocking the other two out. I liked his defensive style and the fact that he was prepared to risk traveling the UK and Europe, especialy mainland Europe where its easier to get a blowjob off of Nun than it is to get a fair decision

Both Winky and Tito make millions now for every fight. So who is going to come up with that money? The fans in the arena? HBO or Showtime? Just because you aren't paying to see it doesn't mean it is free. The fighters always have to get paid. Nobody would put up the money to make that fight happen. The PBF-Oscar fight was much closer than Winky-Tito, not to mention it made a ridiculous amount of money. Really no comparison. I know all that... I'm just hoping Tito after making 15 plus mills in his last fight might take this one on regular TV. There's a rumor that Tito vs Roy was inked because Tito owed one more big fight to King, he was either fighting or getting sued, so took the profitable way out. As far as DLH vs Floyd, I don't mean it in a way whether was closer or not, just in a way of watching again the p4p fighter taking on another has been who has lost 4 or 5 of his last fights instead of fighting a live opponent out there in his same division, deffend his title for a change.
