I Have no Idea why this character Is announcing the fight.I know this Is petty but I personally cannot stand him and I am really missing the excitement that only Jim and Larry can bring to a big fight.The cameras showed Lampley at ringside and this Is an HBO PPV so I am not sure what the deal Is. He's doing the call for KingVision . I don't know how many times he's said New York tonight. I don't like the way the calls fights at all.

I missed that one.There are certain people In the boxing scene I absolutley cannot stand( and we all have those certain people)Bob Sheridan and Bert Sugar are the absolute worst In my opinion. Good choices! I can't stand Sugar and his BS stories.

He's a lot better then Joe Tessitore, imo. His call for Vargas Mayorga was a lot better then Tessitore's.

I LOOOOOOVE Sheridan. He is tremendous and he is great for the sport because Casual fans can more easily access the sport and get into. That statement is true whether u love him or hate him

Lots of people like him, but I think he's pretty bad. If you heard him today maybe you caught him mentioning "undefeated Marco Huck". So what if he got KO'd two weeks ago? Sheridan is a legend but I'm not sure what you're talking about. Lampley, Steward and Kellerman are commentating. I am using a particular box to watch the fight(cannot say anymore)and Bob Sheridan Is doing the announcing.

He certainly brings his passion with him. I can remember moments in fights where he really got me out of my seat, when nothing dramatic was about to happen.
