Macca is Welsh, I am Welsh. I have watched many of Macca's fights live. Ofcourse I'm rooting for him. Don't get me wrong I really like Haye but I got to back Macca here.

Height doesn't make much of a difference, Mayweather will make a lot of Williams' shots miss as will Hopkins with Calzaghe?

You think Paul Williams' busyness and work rate will be enough to beat a young, fit and active Mayweather yet when it is Joe Calzaghe against an old unactive Hopkins it's not a valid arguement? Calzaghe and Williams are both southpaws and Hopkins and Mayweather both have good straight right leads so this just shows how biased you are when it comes to YOUR fighters.

Im starting to not like this fight, even if calzaghe wins easy people are still gonna say that he beat an old fighter!!! IF only Calzaghe dominates or beats him convincingly only then REAL boxing heads will say he beat an over the hill fighter....and thats one big ass IF with that said I can't see anyone convincingly, let alone dominate old Bernard...

Calzaghe is just a better fighter at this point than hopkins, Hopkins is fading and fading fast, He cant hang with a g reat fighter in their prime or maybe a bit past it, So clazaghe should take this easy

Pound for pound Oscar is much more accomplished than Hopkins. His wins over Quartey, Whitaker, Chavez, and Vargas are cumulatively better than anything Hopkins did. I hate doing this cause I hate when everyone else does, but a SD split decision, close bout verse Quartey doesn't make you great. Whitaker was old on drugs. And Vargas was already exposed by Tito. Chavez was getting old also. Now lets name the fights he lost: Tito, Mosley 2ce, BHOP, & Mayweather & in alot of peoples eyes Sturm Dope resume if he won any or even two of those. He'll loose to Cotto to if they fight. I don't want to rip him down to much, cause in his younger years as a welter he was an A class fighter, but as in a general career consenus he's B level to me.
