Buster Douglas would KO Tyson
Ali would KO Foreman
Tarver would KO Roy
Glenn Johnson would put Roy in a comma
Oscar would get whooped by Sturm
Mayorga the unskilled brawler would KO Forrest the pure boxer
Etc.....
Anybody who's claiming that Floyd will utterly dominate Hatton, is nothing more than an obsessed fanboy. Yes Floyd will have his moments, but so will Hatton.
So my question is: If the above upsets can happen, what makes u think that its impossible for Hatton to beat Floyd?
Plenty of people knew that Jones/Tarver 2 was a bad idea for Roy, especially after Jones/Tarver 1, and Glenn Johnson/Jones wasn't too much of a suprise, given Roy had just gotten KO'd and given a gift in his last 2.
But you got a point. Hatton winning wouldn't be the biggest upset in the history of boxing, but I doubt it'll happen.
yes, they did, and if you think having sex and threesomes with japanese women before the fight, not training hard, spending like crazy, not having youre normal trainer and having trainers who didnt even have an enswell in the corner dont effect how youre gonna fight, then i guess thats how you feel.
LOL
Could not have put it better myself.
23 years old or not, Tyson WAS NOT in peak condition.
Having a condom compressed against his swollen eye must have just filled him with confidence in his team.
Condoms are supposed to be used on swollen things so maybe Team Tyson was onto something LOL.
Good point. It would be a big-ish upset but not a landmark upset.
Not like Liverpool coming back from 3-0 against Milan, not like Bustyer beating Tyson.
So, circumstances dictated that TWENTY THREE year old Tyson would lose to 42-1 underdog, clubfighter Buster Douglas?

The Tyson who battered Berbick would not lose to Buster.
Circumstances sometimes dictate an upset loss. Maybe the circumstances are perfect for Hatton to win but I doubt it.

Those are all excuses u made for each one of thier loses. Its like saying: Floyd lost due to hand problems, and not having the hunger that he once did.
LOL
You call it excuses, I call it my opinions on why they lost.
The Tyson who battered Berbick would not lose to Buster.
The Jones that beat Toney would not get beat by Tarver or Glen.
Ali was special.
Oscar WAS a fat Fuck at 160. Thats why he was smart enough to weigh less against Hopkins.

I know people whom predicted Ali to beat Foreman, that wasn't so crazy to be honest, it was definitely slim chances but enough people picked Ali confidently so not as many were as surprised as Tyson
How many people REALLY picked Ali to KO Foreman, as a percentage?
Damn homie you make more Floyd threads than an actual fan. Please dont take this as a flame because its not.
This isnt a "floyd thread" Its a Hatton/Floyd thread, and its directed to the people who think that its going to be a walk in the park for Floyd come Sat.
Buster Douglas would KO Tyson
Ali would KO Foreman
Tarver would KO Roy
Glenn Johnson would put Roy in a comma
Oscar would get whooped by Sturm
Mayorga the unskilled brawler would KO Forrest the pure boxer
Etc.....

who would have thought someone who dislikes mayweather so much would spend easily half of his time at home or work talking about him, here i was thinking youd talk about something else, but no..how foolish of me.
Alot of people in the boxing world didnt give Hatton a chance...does that make them a fanboy? People need to relax and wait for this fight before they shoot off about every little thing, Ofcourse Hatton has a chance but Mayweather is the Favourite..That shouldnt make anyone cry over spill milk.
As this poster already said, Not impossible... Just highly improbable...
As to your comments-
Tyson was not in peak shape. Busters mum had just died and that can do strange things to a person. Normally Buster would shit himself to be in the same ring as Tyson but when his mum died I think for that moment in time, Buster thought there were worse things in life than fighting Tyson.
Ali was the GOAT. The greats sometimes have one great fight left in them when they are considered finished.
Jones seemed to turn old overnight.
Oscar was fat and not as skilled at 160.
Mayorga used the best style to beat Forrest. Don't try to outbox him like Mosley but mug him instead.

Can any fanboy give me 1 logical reason why the above can happen, but its impossible for Hatton to beat Floyd?

I erased your childish attacks to isolate the logical aspects of your thread..
I don't think nobody thought Douglass would beat Tyson besides Douglass, that was crazy, and to me Tyson won it's just Douglass got a slow count but anyway thats beyond the point..
I know people whom predicted Ali to beat Foreman, that wasn't so crazy to be honest, it was definitely slim chances but enough people picked Ali confidently so not as many were as surprised as Tyson, Sanders-Klitshcko was more surprising and I picked Sanders so go figure..
my father told me before the fight Roy would have a VERY hard time against Tarver, he saw something in Tarver and basically told me without telling me that Tarver would win it's just I was so enthralled with Roy Jones and him beating Antonio again more convincingly that I didn't rule that as a possibility, boy was I wrong.. he told me the same exact thing about Calzaghe-Lacy..
I kinda saw this coming midway threw the fight, beforehand I took it as a tune up so yes I understand what you saying, that shit was surprising to see someone who was once untouchable on the floor laid out like that..
same as the Johnson, I took it as a tune up but I thought Oscar just wanted to flex on an undefeated kid to make himself look good for head-hop, turns out the kid beat him and was robbed a la Sweet Pea and Bazooka..
I thought Mayorga would win against Forrest, I liked Mayorga A LOT when he beat 6 heads and staked his claim for a title shot, I knew he was too wild for Vernon and he would force a fight, he was too aggressive in an unorthodox way so even though I was VERY respectful to Vernon when it came time to lock in a vote I WENT with Mayorga, not because he was better but because I knew what he was coming to do.. and he did it.. twice.
..a lot of upsets weren't upsets to me, I actually picked a lot of guys to win unexpectedly, thats the game of Boxing.. 100
