Mayweather aint even worth watching.

:boxing: It aint so much as to hate him!! its just some guys talk of him like his great but he aint hes bad for the sport IMO..I dont see anything about him what is good, he just hits and run..Him goin outta boxer has done everyone a fav..Taking all boxing fans money saying one thing doing another hes total BS:boxing:uh, actually it is so much as to hate him. but, you talk about guys talking how great he is, but all i've seen from majority of the people on this forum are hate threads towards him, bashing his legacy, claiming so and so will beat him, and then when a few of his fans defend his legacy, then we get called names. it is hate, that's all it his. it'a biased hatred towards the man. hit and run? this isn't a sport that involves car accidents, it's competition and entertainment, and you win the best way you know how, anf floyd mayweather does that, and he doesn't hit and run, he uses great footwork. then, you people claim that floyd should go toe to toe with people then claim that if he does, he'll get knocked out. what do you want from the man people? he'll never satisfy you people it seems, no matter what he does, you people expect so much from him and bash him because he doesn't impress you, but you cannot take away from his talent and love for the sport. i mean all of these mayweather jr threads you guys make only enhance his name and you guys look stupid making them, because he's obviouslyu always on your minds. this has to be the 3,000th floyd mayweather thread, and if not, there's more on him. do you guys really have to talk about him that much? does it make you feel good to start discussions about him? i think you people really have to talk about him because you know that he's the best in boxing today, and you have to say his name, whether positive or negative. you'd think he was the most famous boxer ever with as much attention you people give him. but, keep it up, you're only making him look bigger with you discussions about him.

Felix trinidad had a bigger puerto rican fan base when he was fighter, and he fight with oscar couldn,t get as many ppv buys. Do you a honestly think cotto oscar would be as big as floyd oscar, that would one of the most boring press tours for a mega ever, whether you want to believe it or not floyd brought alot of ppv buys of course not as much a oscar but theres a reason this was his biggest fight in terms ratings ever.

His career just feels unfinished to me. Maybe it's because he's going out after beating Oscar, who is clearly the most popular fighter with the casual boxing fan, but not necessarily the best out there. Let me be clear, I think that PBF beats anyone out there, and no one can convince me otherwise until someone proves it. There are some tough fights out there for him, and I would pay to see any one of them. not because I love watching PBF, but because as a boxing fan I have too, right?

whos the best then trust me i am floyd fan but only had p4p1 for a while I think winkys number 1. Thats say to spinks when you fight talyor brawl with him but the only way you can when is to box him. Floyd boxed oscar the way he should have if he was at where should he would knocking out alot more people and how can a guy with 24 kos be a runner he only done that recently against baldomir who has a chin of a middle weight and oscar who has a great chin people point out couple fights here there . I can't say I would pay to see another one of his fights, Not after waisting money on the Baldomir fight and then not living up to the hype in the Oscar fight.. I will watch it a week after on HBO Boxing After Dark replay or just download it from here but never again am I paying for one of his fights. But anyway.. whats the point of this thread? In his last six before the baldomir and hoya fight he had 4kos and knocked down corley twice and was close to knocking down zab before the low blow. The fight in his last eight I could call boring was the baldomir fight, I knew the hoya fight wasn,t going to live up to the hype but I wouldn,t call it boring it wasn,t exciting but if alot people lot it was such a close fight why was it boring. And if he fought the way you wanted him to fight he would have been knocked out then everybody would say mayweather the most overrated fighter ever. He needs to go back down and fight at 140 or 147 where he has more power.

i'll pay to watch him train but that's about it

Once again people keep talking about Floyd adn how much they hate him. I'm not a fan of Floyds. I'm just tired of seeing the same old threads about hating on Floyd.

When he fights like he did against Jesus Chavez, the first few rounds against Carlos Hernandez, Zab Judah, Chop Chop Corley, Philip Ndou, Arturo Gatti, and Carlos Gerena, I find him a joy to watch. When he fights like he did versus Goyo Vargas, the latter rounds against Carlos Hernandez, the 2nd Jose Luis Castillo fight, and Carlos Baldomir, he's dull.
