I second the notion on the Gene Tunney book. I've been reading Joe Frazier's instructional Box Like The Pros. It's pretty solid as far as I can tell. :boxing:
yeh its a very good read. it would be great for people just starting out in oxing but it also has plenty of things for more experienced guys to learn

And my pick is Rocky Marciano: Biography of a first son.
But it is near impossible to find now and even if you do, it's very expensive.
i have read parts of it, its not out yet though
McIlvanney On Boxing is brilliant, if you don't mind a more scholarly read.

Ive read lots of them, I just finished Teddy Atlas' book, and right now Im reading the book on Gene Tunney.
If you actually train you might like "the Gloves" by Robert Anasi caus he talks about his training and the gym etc.
"Facing Tyson" sucked.
Theres too many that I liked to really pick some, For me, I like boxing so much that I have to read whatever I can get just caus its on boxing.
muhammed alis autobiography is excellent.
