although we dont see eye to eye mi amigo, I admire you for backing up your fighter all the way !!
PAC-EM 3 will be the best in the series!! :boxing: :boxing:
which is the main difference between ferocity and xcariot. ferocity was still down with juarez in his losing effort to barrera unlike xcariot who disses his fighters when they lose :D
Of course so when Pacquiao beats a washed up Erik youll say he was in excellent condition and couldnt beat the great Pacquiao
did you just say erik is already washed up ??
I dont' belive it. Not when we're talking about Erik Morales. If anything this is a learning experince for Morales and i know it wont happen again. Lets not forget that Pacquiao didn't have his way in the first few rounds.

PAC was koed two time before and he never relent ...
you guys just give up on your figthers to quickly ... one thing I learned about ERIK is a guy NEVER TO BE UNDERESTIMATED!!
I'm not sure if you noticed in Pac's last two fights, if you let your hands go against Pac, he backs away and then fires counterpunches in bunches.
Most of Pac's counterpunches are combinations.
no matter how you drill pac's boxing improvement into ferocity's mind, to him pac today is the same as the pac during the mab fight. that's why he thinks morales will steamroll over pac easily
Well what i noticed in either of their fights is, when Morales let his hands go Pacquiao would always back away from Morales and I think the samthing will happen again - when Morales punchs, Pacquiao will back off.

good point - i am inclined to agree.
in terms of letting his hands go, when morales does do that it sometimes produces too-wide shots as his opponent gets inside his long arms. i think manny will be able to go punch for punch with morales and he will gain the upperhand against erik on combative situations when morales starts to let his hands go.

i think morales has lost it. he has lost that beautiful jab that he was able to use when he was outgunned on the inside (which was very rare). erik's brash and warrior attitude when he gets hit will be his downfall with manny. manny is younger, stronger, fitter and he has that money punch.
I also see that he lost he combination punching along with sound counter punching. But I think he can put it all together again for this fight.
Pac didn't have his way with EM but those rounds were extremely competitive. And if I remember correctly he almost put EM on his ass with a straight left early. EM grabbed the ropes to keep himself from going down & from that point I knew that Pac was gonna stop him.
If morales would have gotten up he would have continued to take a beating that would have begin to put his own mental health in danger. Im glad he didint have another count, he was taking a beating, his punches began to have less and less on them as the rounds went on. Psychologically Pacman is unrelenting, its probably in some ways possibly intimidating because he knows hes hit this guy with his best shots and pacman hardly ever looks hurt or dazed.
Of all the wars Morales had been in this is the one where he didint get back up, that has an effect psychologically wheather you want to believe it or not.

I know you've followed Morales career how can you say he hasn't been tested pschologicly
The guys been in wars many time and never give up, always fires back and had the ref gave Morales a count he would have gotten up.
A weak minded individual doesn't put consitant performances as Morales has.

but it is the pschological side, the mental toughness that needs to be tested.

Erik Morales will train his ass off for the third fight, but Pacquiao will make him eat his words and win a unanimous decision by dominating the late rounds.
agree... he should get back in the ring to training boxers. i think he should make more money trainging than being on TV.
You think being a trainer is easier than a commentator/analyst? or will make more money?
I saw an interview with Teddy Atlas a couple of weeks ago and he admitted that he will not become a trainer again, ever. He said he's very satisfied and contented with his status as a commentator/analyst.
Atlas also said Emmanuel Steward is the best trainer in the game today.
i dont think Erik had enough ... he is till very dangerous and could not be taken lightly...
I agree with you, I think Erik has more than enough in his tank and can still beat most of the 130 lbers out there, but "most" fans, including analysts, go with the saying "A fighter is only as good as his last fight".
Just remember, nobody gave Pacquiao a chance coming into the 2nd fight since he lost the first fight
He should train someone to make him very good.

Teddy Atlas is very good on his predications.
He say who the other guy win and what is his cons and pros.
He should train someone to make him very good.
He even show some demonstration for the viewers on how each guy needs to win.
