do you guys see this happeneing and if so.
who do you think is going to win????
they also say Tsyzu is Russian
and i tought he was Australian
whats up with that???
i would hope KT KTFO out of the "money-boy"...Dlh hasnt had heart for a while now,its all about the money...i hope KT would ko him and think he has a very good chance,KT will test his chin and body shot him a lot so this is by no mean a easy task for oscar. I also tink oscar would take KT lightly until he gets hit with that first straight right hand or hook. :boxing:
i think that although De La HOya has slipped a lot and also is going to be going down about 10 lbs in weight for this fight, he will still ahve the upper hand because of experience. De La Hoya has been in a tremendous ammount of fights with decent to top level fighters and just judging from the way he so easily defeated Gatti, who is a top player in that division might i add, I think that De La Hoya still has enough skill to beat Tzyu, especially because his chin is almost unquestionable.
Oscar is too fast and strong for Kostya. Oscar can beat everyone at welterweight, the way he cant is that he gets the Roy Jones deasease.
I disagree. I think Margarito and Zab beat Oscar. Kermit Cintron has a shot if he can connect some good right hands.
Tszyu's best chance would be to come into the ring at around the same weight he fights at now, ie around 150-155. Any more than that & his speed & stamina would suffer too much.
This would be an intriguing fight, becasue if Oscar boxed, Tszyu may get behind early & need to go for it in rounds 10-12 & he's never been in that situation. I wonder how he'd handle it? Then again, although people say Tszyu can't box, he has never been behind on the cards at the end of a fight.
I think the main thing is that Oscar would have to come in focused and not on the pre-fight Hatton diet. I give them both a chance. DLH is definitely the faster of foot and hand of the two. Power is very close. Tactically they both kick ass. But DLH has had more wins over tougher competition. I think this is a pick-em but I give the edge to Zoo because I think DLH has lost the mental focus. He is too absorbed with all his other duties (He needs to wrap up 'The Next, Next Great Champ' and finally crown the six round WBA champion among other things).
I don't think Oscar would be all that stronger than Tszyu who is very strong at 140 and who I think can handle 147 with no problem. I believe Tszyu can beat Oscar and I have made it known in the past. Oscar is quick but it is not like Tszyu has faced quick fighters. Oscar power wasn't all that great at 147 and Tszyu power will be carried to 147 so I can see them about even or Tszyu maybe having more power than Oscar. I see this as a close fight that could go either way. Tszyu is a very smart pressure fighter and he will tag Oscar with some really good shots and Oscar will do the same. Tszyu's jab will also give Oscar problems. I don't see this as an easy fight for Oscar at all.
Im really doubt that Oscar can make 147 but if he does there is no one that can beat him there. At 147 Kosta is the best fighter and he doesnt stand a chance with Oscar. Oscar come fight time will be atleast 160 and he is definetly faster than Kosta at any weight and will be packing a to much punch for any welter out there. I say Delahoya late rounds..... TKO.
Am I the only one who thinks Kostya wins this fight?
i think zoo has a decent chance, but i have to make oscar the fav cause of size advantage and speed....

Russian? Australian? Some idiot said he liked to 'cross dress'? But like Vince Neil once said, 'just because I wear lip stick doesn't mean I can't kick your ass'
This fight is never going to happen...
Tszyu hasnt been in there with as much talent as DLH has, i give it to DLH on boxing/experience, although Tszyu i think takes the advantage with power, it wouldnt be the first time oscar was in there with a guy that hits hard. You might say DLH 'is done' but, i wouldnt say he's done anymore than Tszyu, not to take anything away from the champ, but Tszyu dosent have that many fights left in him, he's looking for a few more big money fights to retire.
Am I the only one who thinks Kostya wins this fight?
i doubt it :D if you can edit threads we should get a poll on this one rightuppercut, just a suggestion :D
> He Was born in Russia
That could be wrong, he was definitely born in former Soviet Union but his name don't look as a typical Russian name. He could be from some Caucasian or Baltic republic which is not Russia.
