Apparently, WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko did not return to his training camp in Austria, as many outlets reported. On Tuesday the boxer was still present in Kiev, which is the capital of Ukraine. A few days ago Klitschko briefly broke his camp to take a trip to Kiev after Ukrainian opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko was arressted. Klitschko is the leader of the UDAR (or “punch” in English) opposition party.

Trainer Fritz Sdunek joins Klitschko in Kiev and the training camp has continued for the scheduled fight with Tomasz Adamek, which takes place on September 10 in Wroclaw, Poland. Klitschko is combining his camp, and his political fight, until the situation with Tymoshenko is resolved.
