WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz (29-2, 22KOs) is ready for the best possible fights. After his career defining win over Andre Berto, the 24-year-old boxer wants the two biggest names at his weight, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao. He doesn't really care about any of the fighters at 140-pounds, as he believes many of them were ducking him.

"There are a lot of great fighters. I'm tired of the 140s always doging me, so there are no 140s for me anymore. As far as I'm concerned, I want the best pound-for-pound, elite of all-time. I don't even need to mention the names on those, because you already know who the 147s are. I'm really ready. I'm young, I'm hungry, I have youth on my side and I'm unstopabble," Ortiz told BoxingScene.com's Bill Emes.

A fight with Pacquiao is going to be tough, when considering the bad blood between their rival promotional companies, Golden Boy Promotions and Top Rank. Ortiz doesn't seem to care about any of past or present statements from Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, who handles Pacquiao and often criticized Ortiz.

"I don't really care about Bob right now. As long as I'm WBC world champ - I can call the shots," Ortiz said.

There is no preference either way. He doesn't care if it's Mayweather or Pacquiao.

"It dont really matter, whoever wants to give me a shot," Ortiz said.
