This week's been quieter than last - but that's only because I've not got Nathan Cleverly trying to take my head off every day!
As everyone knows, we had some tough sparring last week down in Essex, and in all we boxed more than 30 rounds.
Cleverly was great preparation for Groves - I reckon he's quicker and punches harder, so after facing him, May 21 should be an easy night's work!
I was impressed with Nathan and he is definitely a very good fighter.
People shouldn't underestimate him at all, and I think Jurgen Braehmer is going to have his work cut at the 02.
I've been "doubling up" my training this week, which basically means things are very intensive.
My trainer Jimmy McDonnell gave me the weekend off after the sparring so I could get some R and R, but I was back in the gym at 6am on Monday morning.
I'll train hard for a few hours, get some sleep and then be back in the gym around lunch time for another tough session in the afternoon.
At least I'm done by four or five o'clock, and I can go home and chill out.
I've got my own place but when I'm in training camp I move back my folks' so my mum can look after me.
It might be a bit old fashioned, but when I'm training for a fight, I'm so 100% focussed that I need someone who knows exactly what I like to eat, and that's definitely my mum!
I just crash out in front of the telly when I get in - I like a bit of Deal or no Deal, and Come Dine With Me as well.
In fact I'm a bit of a fan of food programmes - fortunately I don't kill myself to make the weight, so watching that kind of stuff on telly gives me a good appetite!
On Monday I went down to QPR and went on the pitch before their game against Derby County.
I'm a big Arsenal fan, but I've got family ties with QPR (my cousin Lee Cook plays there) and I've got a soft spot for them.
The game was a 0-0 draw, but the crowd gave me a wicked reception. I can't wait to hear a similar roar at the 02.
The only other thing I'm doing this week is planning a possible training camp in Tenerife.
If it happens, I'll go this weekend. My team is working out the logistics right now, and I'll make a decision in the next few days.
I'll be doing the next instalment of my diary in the next couple of days...stay tuned.
