British middleweight champion Chris Eubank Jr. (22-1, 17 KOs) is hungry to get in the ring with IBO/IBF/WBC/WBA middleweight world champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (35-0, 32 KOs) in September.

Eubank's promoter, Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sport, is in deep negotiations with Tom Loeffler, who promotes Golovkin, to stage the fight in the fall at a stadium venue in the UK.

Eubank still has business to take care of on Saturday night, when he faces undefeated Tom Doran (17-0, 7 KOs) at the O2 Arena in London. The fight will be part of the Anthony Joshua vs. Dominic Breazeale undercard.

Eubank is not intimidated by the power of Golovkin, who knocked out his last 22 opponents - including Eubank's countryman and Matchroom stablemate Martin Murray in early 2015. He's reviewed a lot of tape on Golovkin and believes the dangerous puncher has numerous flaws that are going to be exposed when they face each other in the ring.

"It's a fighter's job to look at an opponent, see weaknesses, see flaws and train to expose those flaws. He's a great fighter. I'm not taking anything away from him. But as far as speed, as far as technique and defense, I believe I’m a better man inside the ring than he is. Those are the areas I've worked on and I would go into the fight to looking to use against him," Eubank told BoxingScene.com.

"Maybe [my chin hasn't been tested in a fight environment maybe on a world stage. I've sparred with heavyweights. I know what I can take. I know the type of shots that Ive been hit with in training camps and how I've reacted to those shots. If heavyweights can’t knock me out, then Gennady Golovkin can’t knock me out. This where I get my confidence from."

"I know he relies solely on fear factor, mentally scaring opponents before they even got into the ring and he relies on his power. I am not scared of his power. I know that if he hits me with something, I’m going to hit him with three of what I’ve got. So if you do the math, how can he beat me? That's what I will go into the ring believing in my mind."
