  • I agree completely. It’s such a trash fight....

  • I admit that 7 years ago would’ve been too early. Even though I get on Tank about that, at the time I did think Tank wasn’t ready for that. But he should’ve fought Loma, Stevenson, Haney, or Teofimo in any of the last 3-5 years.

I’m a fan of both fighters, and I...

  • Why is Shakur Stevenson fighting an unknown fighter who just came off a loss to Frank Martin? He’s 26, with 21 fights. He’s not a prospect anymore. He’s a world champion, WBC champion, The Ring #4 ranked at 135. Why is he fighting this guy?

  • Only ESPN does that. It just shows that they can’t afford boxing. I doubt they renew after the Top Rank contract.

He’s not glass chinned, but also showed that he doesn’t have a legendary chin either.

He can be dropped. And Nery isn’t all that big either lol. They looked about the same size in the ring.

Inoue does have legendary power though. It seems like he just has...

  • I think that Lomachenko>Tank. But I agree they’re #1 and #2 and they need to fight it out for the lineal/Ring title. Although with fair judging, Lomachenko would’ve been the champion and Tank would’ve been #1 contender. But oh well, we have to go by what the judges say no matter...

replied to The Truth About David Benavidez
Morrell is definitely Benavidez’s Lara/Trout moment. Which Canelo had too, and he fought them. Two high risk, low reward fights that Canelo critics said he was ducking/would never fight at the time. He fought both.

Bivol for Benavidez would be what GGG was to Canelo. I would’ve...

  • I think the best fight would be against Joseph Parker.

The biggest money fights, PPV fights, would probably be Wilder if he beats Zhang, and Joshua III.

  • For those saying retirement…

It’s clear that these Ukrainian guys can stay looking like they’re in their prime even in their late 30s. Wlad, Vitali, Lomachenko have shown this. And Usyk didn’t look like he lost a step vs AJ.

So idk about that. I think...

  • The thing is that other fighters get the big star push with no notable wins at all. Kambosos at the very least got in there with 2 decent fighters and beat Teofimo.

I don’t think people are understanding this. Boxing isn’t fair. Look at the WBC defending Canelo against Benavidez...

  • You ask how the hell?

He upset Teofimo Lopez for like 3 major belts. That’s what upsets do.

He beat Mickey Bey, Lee Selby, and Teofimo Lopez. In a row.

So he got there by beating two decent fighters and one top fighter.

    Considering that some...

  • Judges can make or break a fighter’s resume. That W or L can be the difference between a HOF and ATG. To me, he was the first man to beat Devin Haney. That should’ve made him undisputed champion at 135 right there. That’s a big feat that was taken away from him and the history books....

Try investing the money you currently make. Whatever you make, put it in somewhere simple like an index fund, S&P 500. Your money will grow anywhere from 8% to 12%, and that’s just in simple stuff like the S&P 500. Not all of us have money to buy a bunch of property and put a ton of money...

  • Which is sad. This is a 36 year old Lomachenko. But he didn’t look 36 tonight so maybe Tank will wait another year or 2.

I think Lomachenko called out Tank as far back as 2017 iirc. 7 years ago. Crazy....

  • I thought Lomachenko was going to say that he already called out Tank in the past and he did not want any part of Loma. And yes, he could get it next.

But I think he was reluctant to talk about that because he knows Arum wants him vs Stevenson.
