Kevin Cunningham, manager and trainer of IBF welterweight champion Devon Alexander (25-1, 14KOs), is surprised with some of the social network commentary comming from potential opponent Amir Khan (28-3, 19KOs). Khan posted a statement where he claims to have already agreed to face Alexander several weeks ago. Khan's return is targeted for December 7th.

"I've agreed to fight Devon Alexander weeks ago. He's creating hype. Its Devon who needs to sign. I'd fight him anywhere."

Cunningham has no idea who Khan is negotiating with, because Alexander has yet to receive a solid proposal.

"We don't have anything to agree to. He's playing games with the fans and the fans aren't stupid. He says he wants to fight Devon. And Devon definitely wants to fight him. Stop playing games with the fans with the fact that you've agreed to fight Devon - because Devon has agreed to fight you. But until a deal that makes sense is struck - it's a bunch of bullsh*t," Cunningham told BoxingScene.com.

"How could [Khan] go out and say a deal is 90% done and you don't even have a deal with the guy [you're trying to fight]. They are doing business for them and us. I guess they represent us too. What kind of deal does Khan have? A deal to fight himself?"
