Roy Jones vs Danny Green Appears To Be Legit

By Mark Vester

It seems the rumors of Roy Jones Jr. vs. Danny Green are starting to shape up. According to the Australian version of Fox Sports , a press conference is scheduled for Wednesday morning, with Jones [via satellite] and Green, and involves a huge announcement that is sure to be a disclosure of the two boxers facing off. Green recently dumped his August 5th bout with Shannon Taylor with little reason.

According to various reports in Australia, Jones and Green have reached an agreement to fight at the end of the year. Jones faces Jeff Lacy on August 15. Green is expected to see action on the undercard to hype up their future meeting. The fight would be a real slap in the face to Anthony Mundine, who for weeks made comments that Green would have no place to go if he didn't agree to his rematch terms.

Y'all are on some shit. Roy doesn't have the legs to hold off Adamek, he would eventually lay on the ropes and get in his shell which Tomasz would break through with his strength and power. Even if RJ didn't…

[quote=Southpaw16bf;5506612]Agreed even do I feel there are big fights Jones can still win, I do fear for his safety in the ring. Adamek may be to young, fresh and strong for Jones at this stage. But Adamek at times does…
