The 12-round battle is a non-title fight after Diaz failed to make the featherweight limit of 126-pounds on Friday. Diaz came in at 126.6-pounds, so Rojas keeps his title even in defeat.

Aaron "Silencer" McKenna (4-0, 3 KOs) of Monaghan, Ireland will participate in a four-round 147-pound fight against Sinaloa, Mex.'s Rolando Mendivil (10-4, 3 KOs).
