Nate Diaz steps in - McGregor fight at 170!!

I just don't see where Diaz has any advantage standing at all. McGregor's movement is so fluid. His angles and kicks just come from all over. Diaz is tall but he lacks power. If this were Thompson or Hendricks it would be different.

In fact I don't buy what McGregor says about fighting at any weight. I think Diaz was the easiest fight on short notice for them that would sell the most, and he's going to fight RDA and Edgar for his next two fights after this if he keeps winning.

People were also saying there was no way Conor would fight RDA if he beat Cowboy, that he'd only fight Cowboy if he won.

I believe in Conor. Also, apparently did offer this one to Edgar before going to Diaz.

Just a level above Diaz. I'm not saying he's better on the ground. Not saying Diaz isn't tough.

Just that Conor is going to destroy him standing up. His hands are so much better. His feet are too quick.

Diaz is WAY better on the ground. But I think he cares more about being macho than winning the fight. He'll probably stand with Conor.

Connor is gonna beat the crap outta diaz, the longer the fight goes the more brutal it'll get. I think GSP is coming back to set up a superfight with Mcgregor, that will be the biggest fight in UFC.

looked like a bruised foot to me. But it was broken too apparently.

I didn’t just pull my groin, I tore it. I sent Dana and everyone in the UFC my MRI. I’m even more pissed that Dana’s insinuating that I ‘refused’ to take this fight, which is bull****, just because they asked me doesn’t mean they were going to give it to me because guess what, in July they asked me to take the [UFC 189] fight on 15 day’s notice, which of course I accepted, and I still didn’t get it.
