Carwin, Nelson, and Gonzaga aren't really good names on a resume IMO. Frank Mir is mediocre, he's just been in the UFC so long his name has recognition.

they try too hard with anything. I'm all for selling a fight, but these dudes be sounding desperate sometimes.

every other UFC headliner is "the biggest (insert division here) title bout in UFC history", every other dude is the "greatest (insert physical talent) fighter in UFC history", s**t is corny. U got Joe rogan talking about how Dos Santos' hands are the fastest in the Heavyweight division, Dos Santos is slow as f*k, he just heavy handed.

I think JDS has pretty fast hands, but I agree with your basic point. UFC commentators are like used car salesmen, constantly trying to talk up everything about everyone to the point that it gets annoying. It's a shame they don't have Couture commentating these days as he was good.
