pork chop is very under rated food in the US

    Prime steak cooked perfectly is better. But i'd take pork chop over below average steak. Pork chop is easier to cook too. Season with salt and pepper then pan fry.

            You have to marinate and/or bake them or they are too tough.

            A juicy pork chop is tough to beat.

              Yeah, not saying it beats a good prime steak but pork chop or pork meat is under rated in the US. Not many restaurants serve varieties of pork in their menu.

              We got pork chop, crispy pork belly, barbecue in the philippines

                  No, you dont. I pan fry it for a few minutes per side and it's good. I buy the thinner pork chop doe.

                  You only need to boil first if it has skin on it and you want the skin to be crispy. pork in US groceries dont have skin doe only in asian groceries

                      Me too.

                      I sear it on both sides then bake it.

                      Juicy as all hell.

                      When I grill them, I marinate them first.
