water fasting, anyone tried it?

That sounds horrible and unhealthy.
Look into intermittent fasting, which is eating all your calories in a designated window (8 hours at first and work your way down to 4).
I started doing this a while back and I'm almost down to the weight I was the summer after highschool, and my blood pressure improved a lot, despite the fact that I eat like ****.
