Kobe Bryant have become insanely underrated.

I noticed Kobe have become underrated these days. Lots of stupid people out there saying he's around top 12-top 15 when he's easily top 7 All Time based on stats/longevity/skillset. He's peak isn't as impressive as the peak of Lebron/Jordan/Shaq/Kareem/Bird but his overall longevity of 12 superstar level years is unmatched other than by Lebron/Jordan/Kareem.

Curry's had 3 superstar years and people acting like he gonna be greater than Kobe.

He was a very disciplined player, easily one of the best in that regard, but overall he was overrated.


His stats came at the cost of his teammates and often got credit for things they did like defense. He is what he was, an inefficient chucker guaranteed to get whatever amount of shots he wanted.

There are numerous guys in this day and age that are capable of surpassing his scoring numbers while surpassing his efficiency. Leonard, James, Curry, Lillard, Westbrook, Harden, Durant and a couple others are all capable of surpassing his scoring/efficiency if they got the volume of shots he used to get, I'm sure even a guy like Thompson could match his scoring as well if he wasn't getting 16.7 shots per game and instead 27 like Kobe when he averaged 35ppg.

Man sit down with that you sound like you only watched his last 3 seasons post Achilles. When has anyone you mentioned had multple 60 point games, 81, or avg 35ppg in a season? They can’t do that only 3 players have the chance to surpass him scoring wise that’s Durant, harden, and lebron if they all play atleast 18 seasons avg over 27ppg.

Shaq was the ballhog in Kobe’s early days, Kobe then played with a team of starters that had Kwame brown, luc Walton, and smush Parker on it.. and he almost knocked off nashs Suns he was a one man team. Then he became really team oriented during the gasol days like I said you sound like never seen him in his prime.

Lebron is the better passer and rebounder and that’s it.. Kobe is by far the better shooter (3 point, fade aways, post ups, free throws) ,slasher, ball handler , and defender. Not to mention closer.. Kobe is the best one on one player of all time.
