Trump's choice for Defense Secretary is just what is needed

He's an old grizzled vet who has seen and dealt with death and war.

Like making sure he doesn't slip in the shower, for example,

Or keeping his emergency bracelet charged, etc.

Republicans having things "wrapped" up has nothing to do with the fact that the Secretary of Defense cannot declare war.

Also at this point I would be more trusting of Republicans keeping us out of conflicts than Democrats.

It may not be hard to convince them. Same sides.
