Trump never even hints at any threats or bribes , no talk of withholding military aid. The favor he asked for help with was the Department of Justice's investigation into Ukraine's meddling in the 2016 election not to help him with his 2020 campaign.Election meddling didn't just come from Russia but also Ukraine.it was Zelensky who brought up Rudy Giuliani, not Donald Trump, and it was the State Department who asked him to look into Joe Biden's role in the firing in light of his boasting comments.
