Take the bag home and don't deposit any of it in a bank. Pay things strictly in cash with my new found fortune. I'd probably be quite philanthropic and donate a lot of it to charity since I only acquired it through luck.

I'd obviously wait a year or so in case there was some sort of appeal to find it. Then, depending on who truly owns it, I'd decide whether I'd keep it or not.
