If I had thing my way way I would make websites like chimpout illegal. They promote terrorism.

Actually those site are harmless and largely comprise of anonymous, every-day cowards who harbor some racist thoughts and decide to share them. A lot of it is tongue in cheek as the N-Mania site I mentioned in my previous post.

Now stormfront is another story.

I see someone already mentioned Stormfront to you. It's so bad that boxingscene censored the word entirely.
