I just saw Act Of Defiance last week. I also watch Zimmers Hole a gimmick metal band from Vancouver. They were around in the early 90s. Kind of like a poor man's Gwar. I saw a shorten Corrosion Of Conformity set last week as well. Reed Mullin's the drummer got sick so they did only 4 songs as Clutch's drummer filled in for 3 songs & Adler from lamb of god did one as well...

It's hard to believe this album came out 5 years ago already. Time flies. Nonetheless this is one of my favorite metal albums of all time and for good reason.......It's a fuckin masterpiece. If you've never heard it I recommend you give it a try.



I don't think I've ever heard anything as complex or densely layered as this album. I'm still hearing new things in it after all these years. My favorite track is The Mighty Masturbator.

Couldn't really get my head around listening to Strapping Young Lad but I'm giving this one a try now.
