for me:

Shrimp Ceviche with a little Mango (my dad's recipe) with some Cholula hot sauce, Fresh Tostadas and Avocado

Taco al Pastor, real taco with the small tortillas, onion cilantro salsa and a rabano

torta ahogada (like the ones in Guadalajara)

and I wash it all down with some Negra Modelo's if allowed

I wouldn't be able to finish it all but i'll die trying

First course: Tamales de puerco con salsa verde

Main course: Mole Poblano con pollo, arroz, frijoles and homemade tortillas.

Desert: Tres leches

To drink: Agua de Tamarindo o de Jamaica

A good steak on the side.

Some stir fried rice from this Japanese place I know.

Fresh lobster, (mostly tails) jumbo scallops wrapped in bacon and melted swiss cheese, jumbo shrimp, calamari, (squid, like they make it at the Italian place down the street from me), a bit of stir fried veggies in special soy sauce, and a big ice cold glass of sprite to wash it down...lol.
