That's strange, because I see 90% of 2013 accounts with hundreds of billion or trillion points. Even 2014 accounts.

And I don't mean the 2013-2014 accounts, I mean boxingscene members in general, from all years, would probably feel differently now.

True about a lot of new members with a lot of points. I know it all doesn't come from this, but the point giver set a lot of them up.
