Aren't there a bunch of American politicians that are either Cuban or Cuban American in the US? I heard somewhere that they made all these laws to protect Cubans in the USA.

If they touch American soil (without getting caught by the US coast guards) they get the green cards (residence).

but if they get busted they get sent back.

IMO that rule should be dissolved, it's not fair to other latin american countries who are in worse conditions than cuba. this is why so many hispanics envy and talk **** about cubans, they come illegally and get their green cards while other poor hispanic try to enter the country because of necessity they get sent back right away.

i'm cuban and i oppose that law.

well many cubans are educated & can contribute meaningfully asap.they have university degrees & many are fluent in english too...how many mexicans that border jump can say that?
