The match-ups in the west are in favor of the Suns.

Dallas-GSW - a very hard match-up for Dallas. GSW beat them 3 times this year. Twice by horrible blow-outs. Nelson seem to figure out everything Dallas does.

Suns-Lakers - a relatively easy match-up. Only Kobe seems to be on the rhythm while the rest are slumping. Make Kobe score 50 and guard the rest and it will be a relative breeze.

Spurs-Denver - the trio of Iverson-Anthony-Smith has peaked on the right time gathering wins towards the end of the season. A potential hard matchup but Spurs has the big edge.

Houston-Utah - A pick em fight. About as close as it gets. This series is anybody's game.

The east sucks with only a few obvious contenders. Well, the east has always been a weak division. Miami, Cleveland and Detroit are obvious contenders.

Can somebody ban this guy?

The East is the greater division in basketball....you dolt. The Celtics, Bulls, Knicks, 76'ers and Pistons have dominated the NBA since the beginning. The only WC franchises of any note have been the Lakers and Spurs...maybe tallying 20 championships between them.

The Celts and Bulls alone have over 20.

toughest matchup problem, is probably gonna be Mehmet Okur, he's like a poor man's Dirk Nowitzki... But I agree if Yao and T-Mac have it going and Battier, Howard and Alston play their roles the rockets should win in 5.

regular season records dont mean anything in the playoffs, the warriors are
3-0 against the mavs this season, do you think Golden State is gonna beat them? Utah does have a lot of weapons but no one can really matchup with Yao or T-Mac.
