But most nato personnel were withdrawn pre invasion.

Just use your common sense. Training and other things can be done just across the border. Theh dont actually have to be in Ukraine.

I wonder what the 27% other stands for. It puzzles me if only about half the Russians are Christian. I know that Putins regime has been hard on other Christians than the orthodox fascist official church, so I’d expect some of the 27% is also some kind of Christian and not just the 1% as depicted or the small number of other Christian’s. That seems somewhat off.
