a house is definitely an investment if you take care of it. almost everyone I know who sells their house gets almost double what they paid for it

apparently you havent talked to ANYONE in the last year

being a real estate agent its definitely a buyers market right now.. im not sure where you live Diego but for the most part cats aint doubling up, unless of course you buy a HUD or something, fix it up then sell but for the most part thats not happening

however their are a few niches here and there that are still hot even in this market
