  • Lol...the first time he got dropped was shocking but the KO that came shortly after was totally unthinkable. The only other time I've been equally stunned during a fight is when McGregor KO'd Aldo in 13 seconds....

  • I sat in the Mexican section during Pacquiao-Marquez 4 and although part of me wanted to DIE after Manny got KO'd, I can't deny that the hysteria and jubilation from the Mexican fans was other-wordly. I've never experienced anything like it at ANY sporting event since....

  • 100%...Haney ISN'T the most exciting fighter but the kid has balls and is willing to face anybody hence taking tough fights early in his career like Lomachenko, Prograis, Garcia (and even facing Kambosos twice in his own back yard). In fact, not only was he prepared to face Garcia a second time (after...

  • Obviously Ramos ISN'T a complete scrub but he's no top fighter either and isn't somebody Barrios should be struggling with at this point in his career. In fact, he hurt Barrios badly during the fight which leads me to believe that Pacquiao has a CHANCE (especially in the early rounds) as power is usually...

  • I think he's struggling to land a big fight so is probably viewing this as a 'stay busy' fight. Also, the original plan was to fight Harlem Eubank (who's now fighting Catterall) so beating a common opponent sets him up nicely to face the winner of those two....

  • I agree...Pacquiao still has the handspeed and footspeed to trouble most fighter's and Barrios is coming off a horrible performance where he touched down.

There's a REASON Pacquiao specifically picked him as opposed to Boots/Norman...he's seen ch1nks in his armour and thinks he still has...

  • Oops sorry...I forgot about the Ugas fight. Anyhow, let's NOT pretend that they fought the same opponent as the Ugas Barrios retired had already absorbed 130 hard punches from Pacquiao and had his eye socket smashed by Spence.

Also, did you watch Barrios' last performance against some random...

  • I expect Barrios to win but as a lifelong Pacquiao fan, I'm going for 'Pac Dec Close' in the Pick 'Em!

  • What are you talking about? 40yo Pacman dropped and beat a prime, undefeated Thurman taking both his cherry AND belt. Having said that, I agree that he looked shot in his last exhibition against the Japanese kickboxer although he still has the handspeed and footspeed to trouble Barrios in the early...

  • Barrios has a low KO ratio (62%) and looked like ass in his last fight (which he arguably LOST) so I give Pacquiao a decent shot.

If Pacquiao somehow beats Barrios and looks GOOD, I'd give him a fair shot against Haney who has a similar fighting style and fought scared in his last fight....

  • Sorry to disappoint you brother but Vegas wh0res are on another level!

Seriously though, partying in Vegas after a big boxing match is an experience like no other (especially when there's loads of Mexican hotties around). Put it on your bucket list....

Respect to Devin...the kid has balls and was willing to fight Garcia again until he screwed up against Rolly and TeoFEMALE until he bottled it.

Anyhow, I'd much rather see Haney vs. Rolly next....

Thanks...what an irritating little b1tch TeoFEMALE has become. I guess he can kiss goodbye to any big name fights and doing business with the Saudis in future!...

  • Well said...why pay for flights, hotels and fight tickets to watch a fight in a BORING atmosphere when you can't even let your hair down and enjoy yourself properly without the fear of getting arrested?

I've been to several fights in Vegas (including Pacquiao-Marquez 4) and not only has...

  • Thanks for the update...apparently he's going to be fighting this weekend in Barnsley against some random Mexican dude in a stay busy fight. However, I still expect him to land a big fight later this year (against Prograis or somebody else) possibly on a card in Saudi to get some international exposure....

  • This is a GREAT fight on paper regardless of how it goes down in the ring. Kudos to both fighter's for stepping up and taking a risk at a point where a loss could be seriously detrimental.

People should be grateful that these kind of matchups are happening much more frequently and in the...
