      appologies I ment light welter. If you feel strong at welter stay there. Going up should be a slow process based on gaining experience. And adjusting your body to the new weight. You are going to lose an edge fighting at a heavier weight. I don't recall the numbers but I think you would be going up to middle weight. a lot of those guys walk around at what would be a super middle or even light heavy. They may have a slight strength advantage, not that it can't be overcome. You "in my opinion" should stay at 152 or lower.
