And the jab is the punch that counts the most.

All of them. Think about it You are supposed to be learning how to fight. You need to mimic what you are planning to do in the ring. It's not a bout, but it's not another world either. ALWAYS TRAIN HOW YOU FIGHT. You would be wasting your time doing otherwise.
