  • How many runs a week?

    I have been doing a run everyday since about last week and was wondering, how many miles and how many days a week do top professionals run?

        a never run once a week at the most i,m gonna try to run more because i have been trying to make up for it with jump rope i do that like for 30mins 3 times a week but i know thats still not enouth

          same,i run twice a week and do alot of skippin,i smoke so im slowly doin more and more each time,i will quit smokin eventually

            I'm having a hard time doing any more than 3 times a week, and even then, coupled with boxing training, i'm still having a hard time. My legs just start aching something fierce- at the moment it's my right foot/ankle and my left knee.

              yeh my right calf muscles hurt from the run then we go straight into boxin and the stance hurts cause all my weight is on my right leg

                i dont know how far professional fighters run, but i run everyday for atleast 3 miles...but rarely if i dont have enough time or something like that, only 2 miles

                    40 minute to 1 hour run is good, but i dont know what pros run. Years ago when i used to box i ran for 30 minuets then later about 40 to an 1 hour, an hour may be too much, i don't know.

                    And running should be 6 days a week with 1 day rest. Once you get the condition, start sprint running too, these sprint runs help a lot in sparring.
