    Any body know any good workouts on the rope?

    theres really no workouts...

    i usually do 10 minutes everyday

        I just jump normal. I guess I should of asked what's a good reutine or something

            Normal being you left each foot off the ground about 2inchs, one after the other. Ok, try jump roping by lifting your knee as far as you can straight up in the air, one at a time. This type of jump roping for me took a while to get used to especially the conditioning of being able to jump rope for 3 rounds. Try it and let me know if it takes more conditioning and practice.

                This is what I was looking for. Thanx ill start it 2morrow morning.

                  try doing jumping on one foot twice then switching, also try and do crossovers and junk like that....do that kind of stuff for one round and then in between rounds do push ups....

                    i usually do 5 to 6 3 minute rounds on the rope.... jump normal between alternating feet, doing small kickouts alternating, or knee lifts... then on the last 30 seconds of each round i do double spin hops as long as i can go.. Gets pretty hard aroudn the 3rd round. Really gives you a feel for your conditioning.
