      meal 1
      3 stalks of broccoli
      chicken ceaser salad
      meatballs

      meal 2
      2 grilled chicken breasts
      salad made of lettuce,spinach,broccoli,carrots,green peppers

      BOXING
      4 rds jump roap
      4rds heavy bag
      3rds shadow boxing
      2 rds focus mitts

      ran 1/2 mile
      walked 1/2 mile

              like kinda like a try out to join the team.

                    • I didn't go to BJJ.

                      I was on the phone dealing with frat **** till 7:30. practice started at 7 and its a 1/2 hour drive so it would have been a waste.
