    i am sore..should i...

    i was lifting weights yesterday and to day i feel sore but not really bad , can i lift again today or should i wait till tomm

            take the following advice mate - if you lift every day then your are seriosuly ****in yourself up as when you workout your muscle fibres rub together and wear down therefore they need 24-36 hours rest so they can repair, when they repair they repai even tougher than what they were before so you can lift heavier weights each time so take a day on and off weights (every other day). you dont have to take my advice but believe me i know from experience that it works
